π Terms by Service Type
The Agreement
This agreement applies to current customers of Interactive French, valid only at Interactive French Centres in Hong Kong.
Payment
All trial lesson payments must be made in full and upfront. Your lesson will only be confirmed after Interactive French receives full payment at least 24 hours before the scheduled trial.
Trial Lesson Validity
Trial lessons are valid for 30 days from the purchase date.
Refundability and Transferability
Trial lesson fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
This agreement is mandatory for all services provided by Interactive French Limited. It represents the only terms throughout your contract period.
Payment
All payments must be made upfront and in full. Lessons will only be confirmed after Interactive French receives full payment (at least 24 hours before the first lesson). Package renewals should be completed during the last 2 sessions of your current package.
Package Validity
Packages are valid from the purchase date. You are responsible for completing all sessions within the valid period. Unused sessions become null and void after the valid period ends. Under no circumstances will the valid period extend beyond 3 months of the original expiry date.
Enrollment
A HK$500 deposit is required to secure a place. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable if you withdraw for any personal reason. When the course is confirmed and full payment is received, the deposit (PayMe only) will be refunded to your account.
Payment
All group course payments must be made in full on or before the course start date.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Group sessions will not be cancelled or rescheduled at the request of any group member. Sessions missed due to extreme weather will be rescheduled. In emergencies, Interactive French may reschedule or provide a substitute teacher.
Enrollment
A HK$500 deposit is required to secure a place, which is non-refundable and non-transferable for personal withdrawal reasons. The deposit is refunded (PayMe only) upon full payment.

Change of Study Mode
Requests to change between online or face-to-face must be made at least 24 hours before your session.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
Requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations will be charged in full. An illness exception is available up to 3 hours before the session with a medical certificate.
Lateness & No Show
Late arrivals are permitted for up to one-third of the session time. After this, it is considered a "No Show" and charged in full.
Tutor Absence
If a tutor is absent, we will contact you to reschedule without penalty or provide a qualified substitute.
Interactive French reserves the right to revise this agreement at any time. This document is legally binding and supersedes any oral or written agreements. If Interactive French does not enforce any right of the agreement, this does not waive our right to enforce it later.
